Helen Kebby is currently one of two company directors who run Frost & Partners. She originally joined the business on a part time basis in 1996 and immediately enjoyed the unique mix of estate agency buzz and small company friendliness. This led to her increased involvement in the running of the Estate Agency and before long she became a full time employee. Helen’s success, drive and commitment led to her appointment as a Director in 2007. She is solely focussed on ensuring Frost & Partners residential customers are provided with a personal service and kept up to date with the latest details of their home purchase or sale. Having lived in the Hadleigh area for over 20 years, Helen’s knowledge of the town and surrounding villages is second to none. We are sure her expertise, coupled with her professional and friendly approach will enable Helen to continue to exceed the expectations of our customers time and time again.
Neil is a long-serving and trusted member of the Frost & Partners team, and has worked in Estate Agency since 1993. Neil started working with Frost & Partners in 1998, before becoming a Director of the business in 2007. He is now fully responsible for the operational management of the firm. This includes the valuation and market appraisal of new properties, looking after our Commercial Property clients, as well as working with our New Homes department assisting on development projects. Neil’s tenacious approach to ensuring new property deals are concluded in a timely manner is critical to the Frost and Partners success story. Like the rest of the team, the business is of great importance to Neil. He has lived in Hadleigh for twenty years and is committed to providing a professional and friendly estate agency service for both existing residents and newcomers alike.
Robert joined Frost & Partners in 2012 as a lettings negotiator. In this role Robert gained a vast amount of knowledge of the local area and developed a passion for property. After Four years in lettings, Robert decided to further his knowledge of the property industry and began working as a Sales Negotiator. With his professionalism and efficiency he thrives on giving a high level of customer service and making sure of a happy outcome for both buyers and sellers. Having now worked in Hadleigh for 5 years Robert enjoys the variety of property in the area and thriving society of this historic town.
Each of Frost & Partners managed properties is carefully looked after by Sue. One of the company’s longest serving employees, she joined the business in 1991 on a part time basis. Now full time, her strong organisational skills guarantee the busy lettings management service runs like clockwork. Sue’s eye for detail ensures the book-keeping and lettings systems are administered perfectly. It is this attention to detail and dedication that has helped position Frost and Partners as the district’s premier lettings agency. Landlords repeatedly look to Frost & Partners to find the perfect tenant and similarly, tenants contact Frosts when searching for their ideal home. This pays testament to the efficiency and reliability of the lettings business. With strong family ties to the area, Sue is passionate about ensuring Hadleigh moves with the times, whilst still retaining the character and history that has made it so attractive today.
Kelly works primarily within the lettings department at Frost & Partners and has been a valued member of the team since joining in 2011. Her years of experience in the property industry has Kelly well placed to help clients whether it be Landlords or Tenants. Kelly's positive and professional approach to every customer who contacts Frost & Partners helps to ensure customer satisfaction. Kelly has lived in Layham since 2009 and very much enjoys the beautiful Suffolk countryside which surrounds us.
Kerry, the newest member of the team joined Frost & Partners in 2015 to provide much needed administrative assistance to all her colleagues. This means that she is involved in many aspects of the day to day estate agency activities. Although being the newest member of staff Kerry grew up and went to school in Hadleigh so has a vast knowledge of the town. Her previous employment as a Mortgage Adviser proves useful too and her background of many years in customer service and working in a team is evident when assisting her colleagues and clients alike.
