I cannot speak highly enough of Helen and the team at Frosts. They are much more than an average estate agent! My move was beset with problems largely due to an incompetent solicitor. Helen on the other hand could not have been more efficient and professional. Added to this was her kindness, patience and understanding during what she admitted herself was a particularly difficult transaction. She kept me abreast of all developments and ensured I understood what was happening at all stages. This was in distinct contrast to the solicitor who did none of the above. I feel Helen went " above and beyond" in order to ensure the sale took place, often undertaking what I consider to have been the solicitor's role.
